Del Duca Apartment is located on Como Lake, in the romantic old town of Varenna, that can be reached through a small "contrada". The apartment is at just a few steps from the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto" and the famous and picturesque "Riva Grande" where there are restaurants, bars, cafes and typical places.
The apartment consists of entrance hall, large living room with sofa bed, spacious kitchen with large windows, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Newly furnished, has a kitchenette with induction hob, dining table, chairs, bookcases and dressers, sofa bed, double bed, wardrobes. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Del Duca Apartment is an elegant and refined accommodation, and it’s equipped with TV, Wifi, Air condition, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, and all the necessary for the complete use and an independent stay.
Del Duca Apartment is 50 meters from the parking, 800 meters from the train station of Varenna-Esino, with direct trains from and to Milan every hour, and 800 mt from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the lake center.

This apartment is in the perfect location. It is within walking distance to everything. There are some stairs to get to the apartment but there are stairs almost everywhere in Varenna so if you have trouble with them, Varenna is not the town for you.see more

The shower has great water pressure and was plenty hot. The hosts responded very quickly when we had some questions. I will stay here again

We had more than enough room to accommodate our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), and were surprised the apartment was bigger than we expected. We LOVED walking down to the lake and so close to the town center. The apartment was clean, beautiful bathroom, and perfect for our first time in Lake Como.
