La Dolce Vista is the ideal apartment to enjoy a breathtaking view of the central area of Lake Como, known as the Golden Triangle, with views over Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.
This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor and has a pretty private garden where you can enjoy the amazing and wonderful sunsets on the lake, drinking a fine local wine or enjoying a romantic dinner by candlelight.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the large sliding doors giving easy access to the garden with that wonderful lake view directly from the living room.
La Dolce Vista is composed of: entrance hallway, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, washing machine, large open plan living space with comprehensively equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment has also been equipped with a cellar to keep good Italian wine cool.
The picturesque village of Perledo overlooks the stunning, romantic town of Varenna. From here you can catch a ferry to Bellagio, Menaggio or simply enjoy a boat ride to explore the many beautiful villas which surround the lake. Varenna has a railway station allowing easy access to Lecco, Monza and Milan, ideal for a day’s shopping and sightseeing.
Varenna, known, as the diamond of the lake, has many fine restaurants and lakeside bars and cafes where you can enjoy an aperitivo and admire the view.
In Winter months ski resorts at Bormio, St Moritz and Madesimo, to name a few, are easily accessible in less than 2 hours.
Equipment available includes: High speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, i-Pod docking station, Blue Ray DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking tools, washing machine, and much more.
Vista D’Oro residence has a pool (not heated) at guests’ disposal open from May to September with several sun terraces equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

On site parking was also a definite plus! Absolutely will be staying here again if we’re in the area in the future.
