The beautiful and elegant apartment is located in a community complex that offers a pool, and it has a gracious balcony and terrace to enjoy relaxing moments, sip delicious local wine as you are admiring the belvedere that Lake Como offers.
Additionally, the terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to taste typical Italian style dinners with the company of relatives and friends.

From there, you will be able to take the ferry to go to Bellagio, Menaggio, and to discover the wonders of the lake. Additionally, thanks to the railroad located just 2 km from the apartment, it is easy to reach Lecco, Milano, and Bergamo for a daily trip.

Very nice, new apartment with a great view on lake Como. It was easy to reach and had enough parking space. You have to walk quite a few steps to reach the apartment, but for us it was no problem.

Being a vacation home and not an hotela B&B, we are not able to provide food in the apartments. For this reason we provide basic supplies for the apartment such as towels, sheets, 2 toilet see more
