The garden is on the ground floor and is accessed via an external staircase.

We loved our spot in Fiumelatte, a peaceful haven to relax and soak in the changing moods of the lake. Having a parking spot was a blessing and even a great restaurant a few mins walk up the street.

The apartment could use a bit of updating but this didn’t impact on our holiday. A new shower head, an outdoor chair repair, gas for bar-b, but overall it was a beautiful spot to recharge and easy to get into Varenna, a lovely town that wasn’t quite see more

We were happy to stay in the Maison du Lac. We had very little contact with Varenna Holidays, which, in case of staying in one of their houses, is a good sign. They offered right away to repair the mobile airco-unit, and made no fuzz that the upholstsee more
We were happy to stay in the Maison du Lac. We had very little contact with Varenna Holidays, which, in case of staying in one of their houses, is a good sign. They offered right away to repair the mobile airco-unit, and made no fuzz that the upholstery of one of the balcony chairs was ripped. Pretty relaxed. What was really easy, was the arrival outside the normal check in hours, getting the access to a key-vault with the instruction how to get to the apartment. Very well organized. All in all very nice, big apartment where we stayed with our 3 grown-up sons, and enjoyed every day the beautiful view of lake Como. I hope the neighbours didn't find us to noisy, because we enjoyed sitting on the balcony till late. It was a half an hour walk to Varenna Centre. If we didn't feel like going into town, there was a good restaurant 100 meters up hill. We had a great stay! Como and Milano only 1.5 hours away, and the ferry to Menagio and Bellagio just in the Varenna port, we had enough to do. Varenna has lots to offer their guests

La nostra permanenza a Varenna è stata più che positiva, l’alloggio era in ottime condizioni, pulito e confortevole. la vista dalla casa è stupenda e la tranquillità che c’è intorno permette di trascorrere dei giorni nel totale relax.
