The Apple House is located in the panoramic village called "Pino" of Varenna, on Lake Como, a few steps from the green nature and only 3 km from the historic center of Varenna.

The apartment has a fantastic panoramic view of Bellagio from the pergola and the furnished terraces (87 sqm) where you can enjoy sunsets over the lake taking a drink or a romantic candlelit dinners. The apartment (91 sqm) is at 1st floor (with lift) and has a living room with fireplace where there is the double sofabed, the kitchen, two double bedrooms and the bathroom. Outside, The Apple House has a private portico and garage.

The Apple House is equipped with WiFi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, crockery and more. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, WC, bidet, washingmachine and hairdryer.

The Apple House has private access to the Green Way footpath to Varenna (20 minutes on foot) and to the beach (3 minutes on foot). Super ausgestattete Wohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Aussicht auf den See ist phantastisch, die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse super!
Küche top ausgestattet, Grill vorhanden.

Fast alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet,leider eins der Schlafzimmer nicht. Eventuell wären 2 Sonnenliegen mehr praktisch, uns haben die 2 vorhandenen ausgereicht.
Leider war der viel-beschriebene Weg zum Strand nicht begehbar, weil sich jemand sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat, ihn abzusperren und zuwuchern zu lassen. Das sollte unbedingt behoben werden. Denn so kommt man nur über die vielbefahrene Straße zum Wasser, was mit Kinder und Gepäck sehr gefährlich ist.
Toller Service vor Ort, Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort behoben. Gerne wieder!

2 Sonnenliegen zusätzlich bereitstellen, Fliegengitter überprüfen und auch am letzten Fenster anbringen. Dafür sorgen, dass der Zugang zu Strand freigeräumt wird

Thanks for your positive review and for being our guests at The apple House. Concerning the mosquito nets, They have been broken by previous guests and we are already working to replace them.
We and other owners in the same area are already fighting againts who closed the access to the beach. It was open until July than someone closed it without any notice to us and other owners. We hope we sin the fight soon to have the access again.

The Apple House is beautifully situated with an astonishing view on lake Como from both terraces. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a very well equipped modern kitchen. We could barbecue on the terrace as well, everything was provided. The garage was a nice extra we used it as a storage for the bikes and some other things because it was a bit to small for our big car. Really a nice clean apartment with an unbeatable view!

Everything in the appartment is newwell mantained, the terrace has outstanding lake views! Despite Varenna is reachable by foot it is reccomended to have a car to move around. I reccomend Lierna beach which is just five a minutes drive away. We loved

The apartment was wonderful! It was well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was amazing and the side terrace was perfect for a shady mid day meal. The house was very clean and accommodated the four of us perfectly.

It would have been nice if we could have left the keys in the apartment upon our departure. We had to back track into Varenna to them off at the office, which was out of the way. I also feel the cleaning fee is quite high. Although the apartment was

A Quiet Piece of Paradise

Apple House is a beautiful property with breathtaking views. Both peaceful and charming, it’s easy to believe you are living in another time. The mellow pace is incredibly relaxing and there are trailheads readily available in every direction.

Could use more cooking utensils and a wine opener. Since the market is 2 miles away, having a few basics like coffee, bread, butter, and juice would be appreciated for travelers from afar. Adding a bbqa pizza oven would be a fun idea.
